I cannot think of what to say
To cover what you've done;
My gratefulness seems not enough
You are the best bar none.

I can't believe how long it's been
You've carried me for years;
No wonder when I received my prize
You were very close to tears.
I know it's pride with some relief
The tears have taken their toll;
I'm now fully qualified
The future we can stroll.
To show my thanks I have now booked
A holiday for two;
All expenses paid upfront

It's been a worrying time;
Your gift for all her tiny clothes
Eased our financial climb.
She's like a doll but thanks to you
Dressed in finery beyond compare;
So with our heartfelt thanks
We are so very glad you care.

To have you two behind;

Such long hours to see us through;

Whatever would the NHS be without people like you!

If not for you disaster would have happened
